Prior to joining Quanta Capital, Colette enjoyed a successful career as Finance Manager with Korn Ferry PLC, a global management consulting firm. In addition to her finance role, Colette has vast experience in the design and development of organisational change and performance management.
Colette has worked closely with a number of large private organisations, PLCs and public sector clients at an international level. Colette has also been involved in the project management of a large, complex leadership assessment and development programme and other key public-sector reward assignments.
Colette is responsible for all operational functions of the company with a commitment to excellence in all areas of expertise.
